Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and we don't ask for a card to begin one. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends either — if you haven't added a card by then, the subscription simply stops.

How does per-person pricing work?

You pay for the people in your organization on Introgauge, per month or per year. Add someone and the next invoice includes them; remove someone and it stops. Everyone on the plan can take every assessment, see their own results and development plan, and appear in the team map. There is no per-assessment charge.

Question 3

Is there a minimum?

Team starts at five people, so the smallest Team plan is $40 a month or $360 a year. If you are on your own, Individual is $12 a month. If you want to try the team map on a real team before committing, the 14-day trial needs no card, and the Team pilot is a fixed $1,500 for up to 25 people over 90 days with a review call.

What happens to my price if I already subscribed?

Nothing changes until you change plan. Your current price stays until you move to a new plan yourself.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Enterprise plans can be invoiced annually — get in touch and we'll set that up.

Can I switch between plans?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your organization settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
