What your manager sees
You are about to answer honestly about how you work. Here is exactly who sees what.
Your scores
Your organization’s admins see your four driver scores, the totals for each area, your archetype and your index, by name. That is what the assessment is for: a manager cannot help a team they cannot see.
Your profile answers
If the assessment asks about you (your role level, function, tenure, work location, or optional questions such as gender or race), those answers are stored and never shown per person. Nobody in your organization, including admins, can open your result and read them. They are kept for aggregate reporting about the organization as a whole, and nothing per person is ever built from them. (One exception, stated below: a partner-issued diagnostic may ask for details the partner needs, and says so before you answer.)
Your written answers
Your statement-by-statement answers are stored so your scores can be recomputed if the method is ever corrected. Admins see scores, area totals and archetypes, not a list of what you clicked.
Your organization
Your organization sees aggregates: the team’s driver mix, the archetype mix, the index over time. It cannot see anything about you that is not on your named result.
Introgauge
We host the data. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other organizations, and nothing you enter is used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s.
If a partner issued your diagnostic
Some assessments are sold by a partner organization on Introgauge. If you bought one, you are a member of that partner's organization here, and its admins see your full named result: your scores, archetype, index, career matches and report, and the profile details and self-ratings that diagnostic asks for. That is no more than any organization admin sees of their own members, and the diagnostic tells you what it asks for before you answer. We do not send your data to the partner's other systems.
